Is there something after death?

John 14:1-6  “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. [3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. [4] You know the way to the place where I am going.” [5] Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?” [6] Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

What do I need to do to be a Christian?

Ephesians 2:8  For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–

Romans 10:9-10  That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. [10] For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

Acts 2:37-38  When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” [38] Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Do I need to be baptized?

1 Peter 3:21  and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also–not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a good conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

Do I have to go to church to be saved?

Hebrews 10:25  Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another–and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

How do I become a member?

When the invitation is given at the end of the sermon , step to the front of the auditorium we will introduce you to the congregation.

Do I have to come down in front of everyone on Sunday?

The Bible doesn’t say that you have to do this in front of the whole church. Therefore if you can, please do. If you can’t, then find the pastor or one of the elders after the service and we’ll help you with your decision. Or anytime during the week, let us know what works for you the best.

Do I need to be baptized again?

If you have been baptized in the way God designed, and for the right reason . . . the answer is “no”.
